Food Service
We believe that sharing a meal is about more than just nourishing our bodies—it’s about nurturing community and honoring God’s provision. Our Food Services Program is designed to provide students with wholesome, delicious meals that support their health and well-being, while also fostering fellowship around the table.
Rooted in our Christian values, our program emphasizes stewardship, hospitality, and gratitude. We partner with local vendors whenever possible to offer fresh, nutritious options, and our staff are dedicated to creating a welcoming environment where every student feels cared for.
Our food services offer a balanced lunch to fuel afternoon learning. We’re committed to providing meals that reflect our mission to educate the whole child—body, mind, and spirit. Join us as we break bread together and celebrate the gifts of food, community, and faith.

Pam Dewitt: I was born in Twin, spent the first 12 years of my life in California then graduated from Twin. I have lived in Ogden, Casper WY, Mesa/Chandler AZ. I’m a wife, mother, grandma, and sister. I managed a fine dining restaurant for the 28 yrs in AZ. I moved back and now I am blessed to work at ILS with my sister Debi. I love to retreat with a good book, I enjoy the outdoors especially kayaking and hiking.

Deb Hunt: I'm a mom, grandma, and mammi. I have been blessed with what I think is the "perfect" job. I am the kitchen manager at ILS where I not only get to prepare and serve lunch to the most amazing kids, and share a friendship with the staff but I also get to spend my day working with my sister and daughter for the past 8 years. I was born in California and moved to Twin when I was six. After high school, I met my husband when I went to work for him to help run his pizza restaurant. Together we have 3 children and 4 grandchildren. He is still my best friend after 40 years of marriage. My secret obsession is Disneyland and Disney World. I enjoy kayaking and spending time at our cabin near Idaho City.
